Message From Director
Welcome to St. Mary’s and Blessed Kunjachan Mission
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
“Grace to you and peace from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ” (Philippians 1:2).
It is with great joy that I welcome you to our Mission website. Whether you are a member of our parish family or a visitor seeking a spiritual home, we are blessed by your presence.
At this mission we are committed to living out the Gospel message, striving to follow the example of Christ in all we do. As Scripture reminds us, “For where two or three are gathered in my name, there am I among them” (Matthew 18:20). Our parish is a place where we gather to worship, grow in faith, and serve others in the love of Christ.
“Let us consider how to stir up one another to love and good works, not neglecting to meet together” (Hebrews 10:24-25). We offer many opportunities for you to deepen your relationship with God—whether through the celebration of the sacraments, engaging in our ministries, or participating in our vibrant community life. You will find information here about our liturgical schedule, prayer groups, faith formation programs, and charitable outreach efforts.
The Eucharist is at the heart of our parish life, for “I am the bread of life; whoever comes to me shall not hunger, and whoever believes in me shall never thirst” (John 6:35). We invite you to join us in worship, especially at Sunday Mass, where together we receive the Body and Blood of Christ, the source and summit of our faith.
Our mission is to live out the command of Jesus: “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind… and you shall love your neighbour as yourself” (Matthew 22:37-39). We strive to be a Syro Malabar Community that embodies this love—welcoming all, supporting each other, and reaching out to those in need.
May you feel the presence of God in our community, and may His grace guide you in all that you do. As we journey together in faith, let us remember the words of St. Paul:
“Rejoice in hope, be patient in tribulation, be constant in prayer” (Romans 12:12). May this spirit of hope, patience, and prayer strengthen us as we seek to be witnesses of God’s love in the world.
Please explore our website to learn more about our parish life. We look forward to welcoming you at Mass and sharing in the joy of the Gospel together.
In Christ’s peace,
FR. SHINTO VARGHESE CRM
